Taxonomy
Pteromalidae are tiny parasitic wasps. The most common Pteromalidae in Bee Atlas blocks were Dibrachys cavus, but we did have one nest in Hennepin County that produced a different type of Pteromalidae. We did not identify it to genus or species.

No host insect emerged from the tunnel which produced the Pteromalidae sp., and no nest plug was recorded.
