Grape pelidnota (spotted pelidnota, spotted June beetle)

Description: 1 inch long.
Golden to dusty yellow with small black spots along the sides of the prothorax and wing covers.
Where/When: Found in wooded areas and adjacent sites. Feeds on grape leaves. Active July through August.
Significance: Not considered a pest.
