Description: 3/8 - 1 1/2 inches long. Brown or gray mosquito-like flies. They are delicate-looking with long legs.
Where/When: Common during spring and summer. They are attracted to light and are commonly found on the outside of buildings or on screened windows. They can also be found on foliage on landscape plants.
Significance: Does not harm people or property.
