Description: 1 inch long (adult males); 1/2 - 3/4 inch long (adult females).

Where/When: Associated with wooded areas. Lives primarily outdoors and only occasionally enters homes. Seen primarily during spring and summer.

Significance: Is just a nuisance. Does not infest food, clothes, or other property. Does not persist or reproduce indoors. Is not a known vector of disease.
