Description: 1/2 inch long. Body is shield shaped and mottled brown. There are light and dark colored bands along the edge of the abdomen. The antennae have several white bands on them. They also have rounded shoulders.

Where/When: Feeds on 100’s of different plants including some fruit trees including apple and cherry as well as a variety of shade trees. Present August to October; also in the spring.
