Description: 2 inches long. Blue and black body with a white stripe outlined in yellow running down the center of the top of its body. Numerous whitish hairs stick out from the sides of the body.

Where/When: Prefers plants in the rose family including apple, chokecherry, crabapple, hawthorn, plum, and cherry trees. Present late April to June.
