Field Bindweed (Creeping Jenny)
Convolvulus arvensis L.
Found in:
- Landscape plantings, meadows, and uncultivated areas
Characteristics:
- Perennial vining plant that grows to 15’
- Hairless, twining, or trailing plant
- Creeps along ground or climbs on objects
- Leaves are arrow-shaped
- White or pinkish funnel-shaped flowers (Morningglory type)
- Deep cord-like roots with creeping white rhizomes (underground stems)

- Minnesota Primary Noxious Weed that spreads by seeds and rhizomes
